Verified before you go live.

Before a contractor can take work through evengate., we review the information that matters: license, insurance, and a background check, then payment setup through Stripe. Submission starts the review; approval comes after those checks are complete.

License

We confirm every license you listed is active and in good standing with the state.

Insurance

We confirm active coverage and check your certificate.

Background check

A background check on the business owner, run by a consumer reporting agency with your written authorization.

Tax and identity

Collected by Stripe when you connect your payout account, never on this form.

Payment setup

Payout details so you get paid for completed work.

Approved & live

Once those checks are complete, your profile goes live and you can start taking work.
